Local preparation
The checklist saves selected items in local storage. Its reset button clears those marks. You can also remove them through the browser’s site-data settings.
Temporary context
The selected contact context changes the guidance displayed in the page. That choice is not sent as a message or retained as a marketing profile. No remote analytics, adverts or social widgets are loaded.
Separate records
Blocking storage may prevent checklist persistence but does not stop ordinary reading. Clearing device data does not erase a question already saved by the form; use the contact route for that request.
